Is the inspection really free?

Yes, no catch. We do these because most people aren't sure what they need yet, and a 60-minute conversation is the best way to find out. Plenty of clients book us; plenty don't. We'd rather give honest advice than win every job.

How long does the inspection take?

Usually 30–60 minutes depending on home size. Your technician measures every room, checks the roof cavity, looks at electrical capacity, and talks through your comfort priorities.

Will I get a quote on the spot?

For straightforward projects, your technician can give a verbal estimate. For anything involving custom zoning or non-standard layout, we'll engineer the design properly first, that takes a few days but gives you a fixed-price quote you can rely on.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Just have ceiling/manhole access reasonably clear if possible (garage tidy, items moved away from access points). Otherwise no prep needed, we bring everything.

What brands do you install?

Premium ducted systems from AirTouch, Fujitsu, and Hisense. We don't install cheap import brands, they fail within 5 years in QLD conditions and the warranty support is non-existent.

Do you offer finance?

Yes, through humm. Up to $50,000 over 120 months for approved applicants. We can talk options at the inspection if you'd like.

What's covered by the 10-year workmanship warranty?

Every piece of installation work we do, duct runs, electrical, mounting, refrigerant lines, controls. Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty (typically 5–7 years), which we handle the claims for on your behalf.

What if I want to proceed after the inspection?

Easy. Tell your technician and we'll book the engineered design the full document set (heat load, zoning, equipment spec, fixed quote) built by our qualified mechanical engineer under our QBCC mechanical services design licence.
